Terms of Service &
Distribution Agreement

You retain 100% full, exclusive ownership of your musical master recordings, underlying musical compositions, lyrics, artwork, and visual materials. By uploading music to Blend Distro, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to encode, ingest, distribute, monetize, and collect revenue from digital service providers (Spotify, Apple Music, Boomplay, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) on your behalf.

Blend Distro pays you 100% of the net royalties received from digital streaming platforms and download stores. We do not deduct any percentage commission on active subscription plans. Royalties are credited to your Artist Wallet balance as soon as reports are processed from DSPs (standard 60 to 90-day accounting cycle).

• Withdrawals are processed via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo), Heritage Bank direct transfer, and international wire transfer.
• You are responsible for any applicable local taxes or third-party banking transfer fees incurred during disbursement.

You represent and warrant that all audio recordings, samples, cover artwork, and metadata submitted are your original creations or that you possess full commercial clearance and written licenses from third-party copyright holders (e.g. beat leases, sample clearances).

Strict Prohibition: Uploading unauthorized bootlegs, copyrighted samples without master licenses, or AI voice imitations of third-party celebrities will result in immediate catalog takedown and permanent account termination.

Blend Distro strictly enforces DSP anti-fraud policies. Purchasing bot streams, engaging in click-farms, playlist manipulation services, or automated playback loops is strictly illegal under international music streaming agreements. If a DSP flags your track for artificial streaming, the stream counts and associated revenue will be withheld or reversed by the platform.
