4. Content Requirements

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or control all rights to the content you distribute through our Service
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and platform requirements

5. Rights Granted

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute your music to our partner platforms and to use your content for promotional purposes.

6. Payments & Royalties

We pay royalties based on reports from digital service providers, minus any applicable fees. Payment thresholds and schedules vary by plan. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not distribute content that:

• Contains illegal material
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or promotes violence
• Violates platform-specific guidelines

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time, but we may continue distributing content already delivered to platforms.

9. Refund Policy

Annual subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific placement or performance of your content on platforms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ghana without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
