Getting Started

Go to blenddistro.com, click "Sign Up", fill in your artist details, and verify your email address.

Over 45+ platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, TikTok, Boomplay, Amazon Music, Tidal, and more.

Yes! Blend Distro supports artists and labels globally. Payouts are made via PayPal, mobile money, or bank transfer depending on your region.

Uploading & Distribution

Typically 2–5 business days after approval. Some platforms may take longer for first-time artists.

Preferred format is WAV (16-bit/44.1 kHz or higher). MP3s and other compressed files are not accepted for primary audio upload.

JPG or PNG, 3000x3000px preferred, RGB color, no social handles, URLs, or logos.

Yes, but some changes (like title or ISRC) require a takedown and re-upload. Use the "Edit" button in your dashboard.

Artist Profiles & Verification

Visit artists.apple.com and log in with your Apple ID. Ensure your Blend Distro release is live. Follow the verification steps.

Once your release is live via Blend Distro, go to YouTube for Artists and request to merge your topic channel with your personal one.

Go to artists.spotify.com, log in, and claim your profile. Use your Blend Distro-delivered release to verify.

Royalties & Payments

Payouts are processed weekly or daily based on your plan. Most stores report royalties after 30–60 days.

Typically $5 USD. However, thresholds may differ depending on your payout method (PayPal, Bank, etc.).

Yes, unless you have share-outs. Blend Distro does not take a cut. Some plans may include payment processing fees.

Set percentage splits during upload. Payments will be automatically routed based on agreed percentages.

Troubleshooting

This could be due to metadata issues, poor artwork, audio quality, or copyright violations. Check your dashboard for details.

Submit a support ticket with the incorrect profile link. Blend Distro will request a correction with the DSP.

Yes. Fix the issues listed in the rejection notice and click "Resubmit" in your dashboard.

Advanced Features

Smartlinks are available under "Marketing Tools" in your dashboard. Select your release, generate your link, and customize as needed.

Content ID tracks usage of your music on YouTube. Blend Distro can enable this to help detect and monetize uses of your music on third-party videos.

Under "Marketing Tools", click "Smartlinks & Pre-Saves", select your release, and generate a custom pre-save URL.
