Simply enter the exact same ISRC codes, track title, artist name, and audio file when uploading to Blend Distro, wait for the release to go live, and then request a takedown from your old distributor.

No. Blend Distro operates on a 100% non-exclusive distribution model. You retain 100% of your copyright and master recording rights, and you are free to leave or request catalog takedowns whenever you choose.

Our moderation team inspects and approves releases within 12 to 24 hours. Once approved, major DSPs publish your music on the following timeline:

To be accepted by Spotify and Apple Music, your cover artwork must meet these strict standards:

• Dimensions: Exactly square (minimum 3000 x 3000 pixels, maximum 5000 x 5000 pixels).
• Format: High-resolution JPG or PNG.
• Color Space: RGB (not CMYK).
• Prohibited elements: No website URLs, social media handles (@username), store logos (Spotify/Apple logos), pricing tags, or blurry pixelated graphics.

We accept lossless studio master files in 16-bit or 24-bit WAV / FLAC at 44.1kHz or 48kHz sample rate. MP3 files are not recommended as streaming platforms require uncompressed master audio for lossless and spatial audio encoding.

Yes! We have an integrated AI Audio Mastering Suite in the Artist Dashboard that automatically balances loudness, stereo width, and frequency dynamics to meet official Spotify (-14 LUFS) and Apple Music streaming standards.

Once your first release is approved by Blend Distro, you can claim your official artist profile on Spotify for Artists and Apple Music for Artists. This gives you the verified checkmark, full analytics, custom artist bio, canvas video uploads, and direct editorial playlist pitching access.

If Spotify or Apple accidentally assigns your music to another artist with a similar name, you can submit an instant profile separation request through our DSP Track Feeds tool or open a support ticket with your correct Spotify URI. Our team resolves separations within 48 to 72 hours.

KYC verification protects artists from identity fraud, copyright impersonation, and fraudulent royalty claims. It also complies with international anti-money laundering regulations for banking and Heritage Bank payouts. Verification takes less than 24 hours.

You can distribute cover songs, provided you obtain standard mechanical licensing for digital downloads. For sample-based beats, you must own or have written clearance for all copyrighted master samples before submitting.
